Q:HELP I JUST STARTED WHAT DO I DO?!!!
A: 1st turn off caps  ok, Mu isnt a very large map, i found it easy to learn
the 1st thing a new character should do is walk around there city (noria or lorencia) getting used to were to buy pots/ fix armor/ buy armor and such.
Now.
DK- short for Dark Knight- You will start in lorencia , you will want to leave the city from the exist wich is on the east side going south (the map is a dimond shape so please bare with my directions) you will see a peddler and most likly a budge dragon, dont go for them yet, go for spiders
this is were you make the choice
AGILITY knight?- hit less,hits faster, takes less damage
POWER knight- hit more, does more damage, swings slower
AGILITY KNIGHT GUIDE - thanks to Randuin

DW- short for- Dark wizard- read the above info for DK, but the difrence is you hit with magic. to select a spell, find the box that is right between your hot keys, and the tab that says party, this will be found under your XP bar wich is the small bar that lights yellow each time you kill a monster
MAGE GUIDE - thanks to tertle
ELF- short for--nothing- The elf's start in noria, home to the fairys, you will want to leave the city from the left, south side of the city, going out killing goblins, for your 1st few levels avoid chain scorpians.
elfs can be eather
Energy elf- these are the perfect and proably most wanted characters in the game, but will take extreme dedication for they cant fight alone very well
Agility elf- cant buff as good as energy elf but they can dish out damage, the perfect alternate to DK
Hybrid elf- a mix of the 2 above

now that classes are out of they way--
Q: what types of armor are there for me?
1- depending on what class you are there are a wide range of suits to choose from, Dark knight having the widest
Dark Knight armors:
Leather- this is the 1st set you wear, try to get ride of this quickly. Most low levels see that they can get leather +5 boots, and asume +5 armor is also real, wich it is not. You would have to use a Bless on the armor , wich is totally insain.
bronze- this is a ok set if you get it with good options, but that wont happen for awhile. some people skip this armor completly if they find a nice leather set.
Scale- alot of high levels use scale with good options, Scale is probably the best set if you can get it with good options for it has fast run speed and attack speed.
Brass- for some reason i barly see any one wear this, tho good brass is worth a heafty amount and is just as good as any scale or plate set
Plate set- this is a heavy duty set that makes me think of a tank heh. Wich with a good plate set you are a tank to say the least.
Dragon- This in my opinon is the set to go for. a +2 full dragon set is as good as a full +3+8 scale set. and its cheaper.

Dark Wizard Armor
Pad- Pad is the begging armor for a mage and alot of mages use exclenet pad sets, for the fact it seems to be the easyest excelent items to find.
bone- bone+op is a very good set, my mage used +4+op bone set, me and my friends like to call him a boner  haha but this is a very nice defenseive tool for the mage
Sphenix- A full spehenx set is a marvel to see. Tho for its requirments , i dont recommend high use of it.
Legend- high req just as sphenix but this time you get whta you pay for, the best DW armor

ELF armor
Vine- vine+op is the set of choice of any energy elf on the go, easy and cheap to get. less points to use on the vitial energy points
sik- the next highest in elf armor, most agility elfs seem to use +4+12 silk sets, for it has a very good def as elf armor comes and relitivly easy to get, gonna cost ya tho.
wind- This armor is proably the most used set over all between all levels, not to high req. nice def. a all around good set of armor.
Spirt - The 2nd highest of elf armor, rarly used for its reqs compaired to its def. most elfs would sooner go for a guardian set
guardian - the highest elf armor, most high levels wear guaridan +7+op

NOW THAT ARMORS OUT OF THE WAY
Q: what wepon should i use? 2 hand? 1hand? skill? HELP
A: this is easy, use the best wepon you can. 2 hand hits harder, 1 hand w/ shield your hit less, 2 one handed swords you hit fast and kill remotly fast.
DEFINATLY have a skill on atleast ONE of your wepons. a skill increses the damage by 200 percent

Q: ok! iv leveled a bit were can i go?
A: a tabel of all the places
lorencia: level 1 to eneter for DK AND DW
lorencia: level 10 to energy for elf
noria: level 1 to enter for elf
noria: level 10 to enter for DK AND DW
davias: level 15
dungeon: level 20
dungeon 2: level 40
dungeon 3: level 60
lost tower: level 90
HOWEVER
there is also warping as you gian levels
to warp to lorencia : level 50
to warp to noia: level 50
to warp to davias: level 50
to warp to dungeon (level 2): 50
to warp to dungeon3: 60
to warp to lost tower: 90
to warp to lost tower level 3: 100
to warp to lost tower level 5: 110
to warp to lost tower level 7: 120

Q: IM GLOWING BLACK AND RED! HELP! I CANT BUY ANYTHING!!!
A: you have killed 2 or more people to become a murder, if you are red and black, you have killed more than 3 people, you must wait 6 more hours, for every kill after a pheno ( red and black) add 3 hours
to buy stuff, make a new character, buy pots, put them in vault, extract them on main character

Q: i try to buy stuff and every one asks for jewls? explain.
A: in this current version of mu there are 3 jewls
Jewl of bless
Jewl of soul
Jewl of chaos
1 bless = 2 souls= 12 chaos in the market today
a bless has a 100 percent chance to raise a item from +0/+1/+2/+3/+4/+5
up by one level without failure if you use it on a +6 item, the jewl of bless vanishs
a soul has a 50 percent chance to raise a item by +1, but failure of this drops the level by 1
ex: +6+12 pants, you use a soul and fail, you now have +5+12 pants
exception-- if you have+7 or higher and the soul jewl fails. It goes to +0 :S

A: you cant wear it, by the time you can wear it you wont need a explination for it

Q: chaos machine?
A: woo boy, this is often asked alot.
The chaos machine is what makes the fallowing items--
Chaos dragon axe
Chaos nature bow
Chaos thunder staff
Horn of Dinorant
a +9 item into +10 or +11
Devil sqaure invite (not in game yet)
to make a Chaos wepon you must put chaoses and +4+4 or greater items into the cobination box, once you have a nice chance to suceede, cobine, and see what you get, ITS TOTALLY RANDOM! i have heard so many times, how do i make a ((incert specific item here)) you cant, you could be a mage and end up getting a +9+12+luck+skill CDA.(hahaha yeaaaaaaaaaaa..)
to make a horn of dinrant place, 3 horn of unirna and 1 chaos in the cobination if there all full hp, you will have a 75 percent chance.
+9 to +10 or higher
1 bless, 1 soul 1 chaos +9 item you want to upgrade 50 percent chance.. maybe higher with luck
