How to get a faster response on Direct Inquiries
Hi everyone,
This is GM Frisky.
Here is a tip for all of you who would like to hear fast replies from MU Support Team.
1.Select Game:It is extremely important that you choose the right title of game. You might have to wait a month if you do not precise.
So for example, if you've bought W Coin to play MU but not charged-> Select MU Online
2.Choose the right category, and be as much detailed as you can get.:Here goes some examples for each category.
1)Game/Web InquiriesYour questions about game play or how to use website
*If you have a problem logging-in, please take a screenshot and upload the images and send the link to us.
2)Transaction(purchase) InquiriesAny problem related to W Coin. Please choose this category if you are having a problem such as:
*I bought W Coin, but was not charged.
*I bought W Coin, but it charged more (less) than I paid
If you purchased it via PP card, please send us a screenshot of your payment page which indicates reference number
3)Account InquiriesQuestions about your account transfer or information related to account.
*IMPORTANT: It is player's responsibility to secure his/her accounts.
4)Website SuggestionsYour suggestions on web pages/features.
5)Game SuggestionsYour suggestions on Game in general.
6)Recovery InquiriesItems or characters recovery inquires
Account Compromise/Fraud Inquiries
If your account was compromised due to key logger sites or hackers.
*IMPORTANT: It is player's responsibility to secure his/her accounts.
7)Reporting AbusersPlease use below form.

Description:
Attachments: (Screenshot or Video)
For the screenshots, you may use flickr, image shack and etc.
8)Tech Support InquiriesPlease read the thread below before sending in inquiry.

Depending on the inquiry, it may take us at least 3days~1 week to respond.
