Many ppl ask me many questions about wings, here i want to tell all of u some about it!
First i introduce myself, 850++energy elf, 190+lvl, nick name Super-star, all vine sets(2+9/12 luck), elf wing.
there are 3 kinds of wings in game, everyone for each character, it means elf only can use elf's wing, dk also.
Wings like items, can make +7, even +9,dont like satan and angels wil be die!
wings have opt also , add 4, 8 o 12% def, luck and hp rec1%,2%,3%
when u lvl 180 , the wing +0 u can use only!
and then for every 4lvl improve, can make the wing 1 lvl higher!
EX:180=+0wing
184=+1
188=+2
...........

wings doesen't drop, if u want it u have to do it yourself in chaos machine.

I THINK the formula is "Jewel of Chaos, ANY +4 +Option weapon and required Zen" If I am wrong please correct me (I've only been playing for a few weeks now and almost all of my info comes from the "Guide" on the main site.

This formula is for Chaos weapons. To make wings you must put chaos weapon with opts, zen and jewel of chaos

Do wings upgrade as your level upgrades or do you have to put the wings back in chaos if you only have +0 but want say +3?

Just bless a wing and it goes up by 1, just like any item.

dont the wings have a life value and die?

just a thaught item+chaos ==> chaos weapon
chaos weapon+chaos ==> set of wings
set of wings +chaos ==> bow of holy sight
bow of holy sight+chaos ==> sum damn cool wings

those last wings would be very hard 2 make is that how you get to them?
is the second chaos bow in this game and no-ones got it yet? or is it still yet to come in the patch?

Satan Wings :

Level Limit : 180 + Wing Level*4
Defensive Power : 20+lvl * 3
Striking Power Up : 12+lvl * 2
Damage Absorption:12+Wing Level*2
Option : Additional Defensive Power, Critical

Using both the Jewel of Blessing and the Jewel of Spirit, you can upgrade Wing items to +9. However, Wing items of higher levels will become non-existant once their durability dissapates, and any visual changes shown in other items will not take place on all wing items.

2 questions over here

1)Defenive Power = 20 + lvl x 3 - is that really true? or is it WING level x3..
if its player level x3, 20+ (180x3) = 560 defence?
(reason why i ask is because for level limit it puts "Wing level*4", however for defense and attack it puts "lvl")

2)Wing items of higher levels will become non-existant once their durability dissapates -> means cant be repaired? or does it just mean if u dont repair it, and it spoils, it dissapears? and what does it mean by "higher levels"

I was also wondering about this "cant be repaired thing", i mean doesn’t they automatically repair once you bless them? If not then how much time can ppl use them before they disappear?

Wings can be repaired just like a piece of armor, or a weapon.

wings will disappear when the durability becomes 0 if u dun repair it. jus like any normal weapon or armor. wings r made by combining a chaos item with at least +4opt n 1 good item n 1 chaos n zen. =)

Various chaos combinations:
(C/c = chaos)

Item w/ option + c + zen = random chaos weapon... stats on it are random; u can add more jewels to improve success rate

Chaos item w/ opt + c + zen = 1st class wings... random wing with random stats.

Wings w/ opt + c + phoenix feather = 2nd class wings... also random wing with stats and random bonus stats if ur lucky...

(default) 10 unirias + c + zen = dinorant

devil's eye (+1 to +5) + devil's key (+1 to +5) + c + zen= devil square invite (+1 to +5)

blood fang (+1 to 6) + blood scroll (+1 to +6) + c + zen = invisibility cloak for blood castle (+1 to +6)

+9 item + bless + soul + c + zen = +10 item

+10 item + 2bless + 2soul + c + zen = +11 item

wrong again. 3 horn + 1 chaos = dinorant. 75%

No... the default setting is 10 unirias... (at least for 0.96y version)... see the (default) next to it?

right now dinorant is 3 uniria horns but i here in later patches it changes to 10 but dinorants gain ops +4/8/12 also they become more important as DK can use special skills while riding them

if you have wings you will find that they last for ages. for a couple of reasons. by the time you get wings you can most likely kill all with little trouble and take little damage. so they will last for quite a while. on private servers you can repair wings, just like any other item. not sure about global. and when you get wings your def, att, abs goes up a lot! its like you got an extra piece of armor, angel and satan all in one.

Wings CAN be repaired just like any other armor/weapon, LVL2 wings CAN'T. Anyway, you don't have to worry about it since there aren't lvl2 wings in global

All wings can be repaired and another thing that should be pointed out, since the upgrade to .98 the only wings that will come out of the chaos machine will be +0 in level no longer can you make +1-4 wings.

I want to make wings badly.
I got a staff+0+8 from the CM.
If i put in 1c and the staff but cant i make wings?
This is not in MU Online. Im trying private servers right now.

Ok i figured it out

i disagree with the making of wings. I don't think its just a chaos item+opt, but a chaos item+(with the minimum of) 4+opt;+chaos jewel=wings. cause i went onto those private (more like hacked) servers and using a chaos item+0+opt isn't enough.

It may be really poor to make a Chaos item+4+4 and then try for wings.
Bleah..i rather just buy the damn things.

Actually playing with CM is kind of exciting. I tried to CM a wing b4 with CDA+4+4 plus +24chaos (which is accumulated to 62-67% sucess rate). Luckily, i got a satan wing+0+0+luck which is cost 8-10b.








If i have the chances, i will keep trying to CM wing rather than buy because the pleasure and fun with fail and sucess.

WINGS can get +1+2+3+4 hp recovery or +4+8+16 damage. Not sure about WizardDamage...

Repair WINGS ??? Durability of wings always 255 I never need to repair one in any MU both Global or private. You never need to repair wings. What kind of MU we are talking ???

There are no Tantalos or above monster in Global... Then no BlueFeather drop... then no second class wings. Devil, Dark, ArchAngel or Heaven are a dream to mutizens in global.

Here's the answer to most of your questions about wings.

1st Level wings

items needed to create them
1 chaos weapon (Chaos Dragon Axe, Chaos Dragon Staff, Chaos Nature Bow) + 4+ opt or better items. (note that this is very important. you can only create wings using chaos weapons none other)
1 jewel of chaos
zen (depending on the success rate)

in making 1st level wings, you can also add items +4+opt or better items to increase the success rate.

wings that will come out is totally random and it's option is also totally random.
wings can be repaired just like any other items.
you can use jewel of bless, jewel of soul, jewel of life in wings just like any other item.
wing+0 requires level 180 and the level requirement increases by 4 levels every wing level (ex. wing+5 requires level 200 before you can equip them).
wings can have an option of either +4/+8/+12/+16 additional (wizardry) damage or +1/+2/+3/+4 hp recovery
wings adds to your defence depending on the wing level
wings increases damage by a certain percentage depending on the wings level
wings absorbs damage by a certain percentage depending on the wings level
wings option does not affect the level requirement like other items.
wings can have luck
wings can be repaired

3 types of 1st level wings
satan wings - can be used by dark knight / blade knight / magic gladiator
angel wings - can be used by dark wizard / soul master / magic gladiator
fairy wings - can be used by fairy elf / muse elf


2nd level wings

items needed in creating
1 1st level wings (options and levels not required)
1 blue feather / phoenix feather (the name varies from server to server)
1 jewel of chaos
zen (the amount depends on the success rate)
you can add excellent items +4 or higher to increase the success rate
the highes success rate is only 90%
(tip +9+16 wings gives u 90% success rate)

wings that will come out is totally random which includes the option and the level and the type of wing.
2nd level wings have options like 1st level wings
2nd level wings can be blessed/souled/joled like first level wings.
2nd level wings have additional options
+50 mana (50 increases as the wing level increases)
+50 life (50 increases as the wing level increases)
10% mana loss instead of life
2nd level wings can have luck
2nd level wings can be repaired
2nd level wing+0 requires 215 level and the level requirement increases by 5 every wing level (ex. 2nd level wing+5 requires level 240)
2nd level wings damage absorption and damage increase are higher than 1st level wings.
the defense is also higher than 1st level wings.

Devil Wings/Dragon wings (name varies from server to server) - blade knight
Archangel Wings - soul master
Butterfly Wings - Muse Elf
Dark Wings - Magic Gladiator

hi.i used to play muglobal.had an e elf,dk,and dw,average lvl was abt 100+.but i stopped after they issued passwords and stuff and i lost my account throught that.eversince i played other mu'ss,from kor,thai,phil,etc.

i'd just like to share my knowledge on wings as i am aware that global is slower in terms of item and system introduction as compared to the rest.please forgive me so if i gave redundant information as i have no been into global since a long time.

There are 3 basic Wings,Angel,Devil,Fairy.Of which all 3 allow u to fly.it increase ur character's attributes by a significant bit.getting wings is a must once u reach the appropriate level.the wings can only be equipped by dw,dk,elf respectively(except for MG,who is able to equip either 3 kinds wings;the dk ones,dw ones,and mg ones)however,it is taxing to create items with the chaos machins and u need to be sufficiently wealthy and dedicated to getting wings,as u all know,the chaos system plays on a certain degree of failure,unless u are willing to pay more then u can offer,which is again,lots of money.

to understand on how to make these essential equipment,u should 1st be familiar on how to create a chaos weapon.as the rules are almost the same.

to create a chaos weapon,u need to put in ANY <+4+opt item.any lesser will not be possible.following so,u will need to add a jewel of chaos in.by which u will be able to see that u are on the right track,as there would be a change in the "Success Rate" and " Required Zen".the zen needed and success rate is directly proportionate,meaning a 100% success rate means a fee of 1million zen.so 10% would mean 10,000 zen.there are veteran players who take the risk at 72%,or 90%,i personally,have failed at 88%.which is funny =p
now comes the part which i am not sure if it will be correct for global.but it is so in most servers.a +4+12 sphinx armor+Chaos, will only give a less then 10% success rate(usually more then 1 item is used depending on success rate)so based on wad i played before,it is expensive to make wings.
We use <+9+X items for wings.note the punch is ITEM(S).a +10+X tower shield would only give around 40-60% success rate.+7+X opts give around 10-20% success rates.and jewels only around 1-5%+.(do correct me for global standards)hence,we use 2 <+9+X items to successfully make a chaos weapon.
and the worst part,chaos weapon are generated randomly with random properties.we usually toss the junk chaos items onto the ground.if we're feeling rich ^^

Therefore,by comprehending this,i'd like to tell u that creating wings is same.except instead of using ANY ITEMS,u will need <+4+OPT CHAOS ITEMS.which is a tier higher since u will need about more resource,luck,and mayb patience.the random factor is always there,i bought my first wings after i made a fairy wing for my DK -.-

one thing abt devil wings is that like satan,it eats ur hp when u attack.so it's best if u have recover life properties on the wings.but seriously wings are very good,not only do they make ur character stronger,it makes u cooler,and a cut from the rest,a symbolism of becoming pro.boosts ur ego and ur exp =p

tier 2 wings,Archangel Wings,ButterFly Wings,Dragon Wings,Dark Wings,need ANY WINGS+BLUEFEATHER+CHAOS to randomly get one.they are much cooler then their tier1 respective wings.Dark wings are wings for Mg.it does not flap,they are like Spines or Spikes that glow purple.i have not made tier2 wings before hence,i'm sorry for unable to provided enough knowledge

another importance of wing in the game is the flying ability.once a lvl 220 or around there,u will be able to excess to a place called Icarus.u can get through from Lt7 through a portal.u either need WINGS or DINO to move around.becos there,there is no ground.u fight in the air.it is misty and scary,all u hear are the roars of dragons,screeches of phoenixes,and other monsters.and thunder claps and flashes.the view below u is high,u can see magnificant forts,and dragon flying beneathe u.it is amazing.however there,the monster are hellishly insane.you may be the best in ur server and still not able to handle it alone.u may bring the best party but u will get slaughtered when mobbed.for Icarus,you will need to be the best the game allows you to be.max lvl,as many rebirths as possible,MAX ITEM LVL AND OPTS,BEST TYPE OF GEAR,AND POTS.meaning e elfs dun just use max vine or wind or guardian,they use the best.red spirits.
